A new survey has been launched in the beginning of February, 2016 that aims to follow up with the initial study participants and learn about their post-high school activity such as education, employment, and family relationships.

 

Participation in this study is completely voluntary and confidential. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. After completing the survey participants will receive an electronic gift card worth $10, sent to them via email.
